What are accreditation points? #
You can obtain accreditation points by following activities that are accredited by the accreditation committee of the quality register.
As a healthcare professional, you must obtain accreditation points to remain competent. A nurse must obtain 80 accreditation points per 5 years and a caregiver 60 accreditation points.
In addition to accreditation points, a healthcare professional must also obtain ODA points.
How can you get accreditation points? #
You can only obtain healthcare accreditation points if the activity you are following is accredited by the V&VN. Depending on the activity, you will receive the certain accreditation points after completion.
The nursing procedures that you can practice and test at CareUp are accredited by the V&VN. For each action that you pass with a pass, you will receive the corresponding accreditation points.
At the moment, you can obtain up to 21 accreditation points through CareUp. We process the accreditation points automatically at the V&VN.
